Baking

With freezing rain all day Saturday, it was a good day to stay in and do some baking. Made some sweet rolls (extra raisins for Thorny Guy) using my Grandma's recipe. They are YUMMY! Also made a loave of wheat bread. I am still trying to figure out our new oven. As you can see the top got a little dark on the loave. The "proof" mode was great for letting the bread rise though.

After two years of waiting the Snowapple orchid is finally in blooming with many more blooms to come.
